The game is more realistic than its predecessors where an outfit can be damaged if it is hit and even worn off. Before starting a battle, you are able to choose between multiple jutsus and Ultimate Jutsus to use in battle, a feature that has been in previous entries of the Ultimate Ninja series, but now makes its return. Just like its other predecessors, the player can use all three types at once during a single and/or team battle. The option to select one of the three fighting types from Storm Revolution (Ultimate, Awakening, and Drive) is removed. Damage wise he's a little higher, but again not significantly. Jutsu is a rasengan style move, which half the cast has. Speed is on the higher end but nothing like last sasuke. I mean in the case that you've don't something crazy unsafe and are on the far end of the screen, I guess it has some benefits that others don't, but beyond that it really isn't that special.
Ult isn't that special either considering it should be getting blocked anyways. Sure he's not completely helpless but his lacking the ability to even pressure into guard break in a conventional sense has to count for something. Wait, but edo minato, are you talking about reanimated? Because his awakening is very easy to deal with by simply blocking since he can't get his attack chain started if you do.
